Cullercoats Lifeboat
has a pool of crew and helpers. We have 4 Helmsmen and 16 crew.
On-shore is a dedicated team of shore-helpers and those who help
keep the station running.

Sandy
Kinghorn joined the Cullercoats Lifeboat several
years ago, soon after retiring from a life at
sea in the merchant navy.
He shows parties of young people and adults around
the Cullercoats Lifeboat station, and gives talks/slideshows
about the good old days at sea, all in aid of
the RNLI.
